The Workplace Injury Law and Advocacy Group (wilg.org) is a national group of attorneys interested in protecting injured workers. They have just put out a fascinating issue which has extensive information on the state of workers comp in the country. This is in pdf and will take quite a bit of time to load depending on your internet connection but the issue is simply an excellent read.
